‘Art in the Park’ features Emertis’s work

The Emeritus Institute’s 3rd Annual “Art in the Park” is on Saturday, April 7, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Heritage Hill Historical Park in Lake Forest. This event is a combined yearly effort of the Emeritus Institute of Saddleback College and by invitation of the Orange

County Parks. Emeritus Institute fine art students in oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel painting, and drawing and

printmaking will be working on their own artworks throughout the park.

Instructors Pamme Turner and Maria Kiernan provide the free on-site art lessons for children as they are inspired to create their own “plein air masterpieces.” Printmaking (for children) will also be taught. Admission is free.
