There are some forms of expression that can make a person appear as if they are lacking in the intelligence department. I was driving to work and pulled up behind a dilapidated, rattling truck driven by some half-wit resident with a sign haphazardly taped to the back that read: "MACAIN 08 OK".
Transfering colleges can be a very scary experience. I mean, when you're in community college, it's like junior high, not quite elementary school, not quite high school, but just right in the middle. These institutions act as stepping stones for us to get from one level to the next.
Activity in campus life is important to a student's success. College is what you make of it and student involvement makes the college experience a more gratifying one. The more actively and socially involved an individual is increases the students learning and has been directly linked to higher grades as well as a long-term persistence and degree completion.
