Gauchos volleyball improves to 2-2

Due to a water leak in Saddleback's gymnasium, the women's volleyball team has been unable to play in the comfort of their own gym. Despite an abundance of road games, the Gauchos have been able to keep cope with this unfortunate event and maintain a .500 record.
Saddleback defeated San Diego City College 3-1 on Wednesday. With the 22-30, 30-24, 30-26, 30-20 comeback victory, the Gauchos improved their record to 2-2.
The Gauchos hit the road on Sept. 26 to take on Grossmont College at 5 p.m.
Conference play begins with a difficult opponent for the Gauchos when they take on back-to-back defending state champion Orange Coast College on Friday at 7 p.m.
