Another home win for Gauchos

Saddleback's women's soccer stayed perfect at home after a commanding 2-0 shutout against Orange Coast College in its first conference match.
The Gauchos offense was overwhelming in the first half, keeping the ball on the Orange Coast side of the field for a majority of the time, culminating in a Saddleback score from Laura Espinoza.
They started off the second half of play with another score against the Pirates through key passing by Taylor Knight and Maile Gannon.
The Gauchos' defense held strong in the second half with several impressive blocks by goalkeeper Liana Signorile, securing their first win over Orange Coast since 2004.
