"Geography of Death" event in SSC

The geography department will be presenting the "Geography of Death Poster" session on Thursday, Nov. 15 from 3 p.m.-4:15 p.m. at Saddleback College in SSC 212.

Students from the honors cultural geography class are exhibiting posters compiled from the research done this semester.

Topics presented will include infant mortality rates in Bosnia-Horzegovina, alcohol related deaths in Russia, Chagas Disease in Bolivia, and more. Admission is free for anyone who decides to go and food and beverages will be provided.

Faculty members will receive flex credit for attending.
